but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout service,
fuel delivery, and vehicle recovery.

2.1 Pricing
- Pricing varies based on vehicle type, distance, time of day, and service requested
- Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on actual conditions
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, holidays, or specialty vehicles
- All prices are subject to change without notice
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Returned checks will incur a fee
- Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings
2.3 Cancellation & Refunds
- Services may be cancelled before the driver arrives without charge
- If the driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and depend on the circumstances
- No refund if service has been partially or fully completed
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and location information
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
- Ensure the vehicle is legally owned or you have authorization to request service
- Remove all valuables from the vehicle before towing
- Provide keys or access to the vehicle
- Comply with all laws and regulations
4. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
4.1 Service Availability
- We strive for fast response but do not guarantee specific arrival times
- Response times may vary based on location, weather, and demand
- We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
- Services are subject to availability
4.2 Vehicle Condition
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles
- We make reasonable efforts to prevent damage during towing
- Customer should document vehicle condition before service
- Claims for damage must be reported immediately
4.3 Personal Property
- We are not liable for items left in vehicles
- Remove all valuables before service
- Report missing items immediately
4.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
- Interfere with our operations or equipment
- Request service for stolen vehicles
6. Storage & Lien Rights
- Vehicles towed to our facility may incur daily storage fees
- Storage fees begin 24 hours after towing
- We reserve the right to place a lien on vehicles for unpaid services
- Vehicles may be sold to satisfy unpaid charges as permitted by Virginia law
7. Insurance
We carry liability insurance as required by Virginia law. Customers are responsible for verifying
their own insurance coverage for towing services. We can provide documentation for insurance claims
upon request.
8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict
of law provisions.
8.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
